Silvalis owns and manages over 15,000 hectares of sandalwood plantations varying in age. 2015 marked a milestone as Silvalis harvested and marketed the first plantation grown sandalwood logs generated via a thinning program. Silvalis continues to expand its harvest operations and now has a dedicated harvest team working year round to meet demand of quality sandalwood now coming from mature plantations. This was a wonderful milestone for the company and Silvalis continues to grow its sustainable harvesting operation. Sandalwood Logs
Silvalis supplies plantation-grown and wild sandalwood logs to international buyers. These logs, available in a variety of grades, can be supplied in log, chip and pre-grind form as required.
Sandalwood Chips
Silvalis offers a tailored range of pre-grind mixes, crafted specifically for the incense and oil extraction industries. Bespoke formulations cater to diverse market needs—from economical filler wood blends to premium, pure heartwood compositions. We also develop unique fragrance profiles for the agarbatti sector, ensuring consistency, quality, and aromatic distinction.
Sustainably Harvested Indigenous Deadwood
Silvalis works closely with Traditional Owners to sustainably harvest some of the world’s highest quality wild sandalwood. This is found in remote desert regions of Western Australia’s Goldfields. This rare and limited resource – naturally seasoned over decades in arid conditions – offers exceptional aromatic qualities, prized by the incense and oil extraction industries. With deep respect for traditional Aboriginal country and cultural protocols, our approach ensures every harvest supports both environmental stewardship and economic opportunities for local Indigenous communities.
Sandalwood Oil
